Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a two-story, 6,800 square foot brick storefront building. The first floor of the building was constructed in 1901. The second floor of the building was constructed in 1906. An addition was constructed to the southwestern portion of the first floor of the building in approximately 1915. The second floor portion of the addition was constructed between the 1930s and 1950s. Historically, the building was occupied by the Times Herald Printing Shop from 1901 until approximately 1939. The building was occupied by a hardware store from the early 1940s until 1971. The building was occupied by a laundry from 1972 until 1992. The building at the Site was utilized for miscellaneous storage of furniture from 1992 until roughly 2012. Currently, the building at the Site is vacant.
