Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was purchased by the current owner in 1976 from FINA Oil Company and it was used as a music store until 2004. The site had been a service station for a number of years prior to their purchase, perhaps by other owners as well. Polk directories and Sanborn maps report USTs on the property. Winther family reports the removal of USTs by FINA prior to Winther's purchase, but there is no other record of removal or sampling. The property is now used as a parking lot.
