Additional Property Attributes

EPA RLF funding was utilized for hazardous materials abatement activities. EGLE funding will be utilized for for additional cleanup activities, including vapor mitigation measures.

Former Use: The subject property was first developed with industrial operations beginning in the late 1800's to early 1990's. Tecumseh Products Company owned and operated the subject property from 1934 to 2010, and manufactured items such as refrigeration systems, automotive parts, small tools, and toys. Property is currently unoccupied.
