Additional Property Attributes

This site has been combined with another site in the area, Moore's Lumber, for the purpose of cleanup. The City of Camden has applied for and was awarded a cleanup grant to address both pieces of property at the same time for cleanup. Petroleum products on site are constituents of concern. There are 3 underground storage tanks that will be removed, containing no product at this time; a deed restriction will be required to restrict the use of groundwater at the site; and any future construction will need to address the possibility of vapor intrusion on site by implementing vapor instrusion barriers, etc.
