Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Topstone Mill was constructed in two phases during the years 1912 and 1919. Occupants of the building have included numerous manufacturing businesses including shoe construction, plastic manufacturing, and furniture manufacturing until approximately 1980 when the building was vacated. The building was acquired by Topstone Holdings, LLC, in 2006 who has redeveloped the ground floor with restaurants and shops. The upper floors are either used for cold storage or are vacant.
