Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is comprised of 1.02 acres of commercial land situated east of Campbell Street, south of Boalt Street, and west of Sadler Street all of which provide access to and from the Property. The western portion of the Property is developed with a 12,434-square foot, two-story vacant warehouse with a basement constructed in 1908; a 940-square foot loading dock; a 940-square foot canopy; and surrounding 10,850 square feet of paved asphalt parking. The eastern portion of the Property consists of an undeveloped grassy lot. The Property building was formerly used as a production warehouse and cellar by Meier?s Winery from approximately 1908 through 1973. From 1973 to 1993, the Property building was occupied by Roberts Warehouse Outlet, which sold used furniture. From 1993 to 2004, the Property building was occupied by Ultimate Industries which manufactured fabricated rocks and waterfalls used in landscaping.
