Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA identified: former glassworks on the site; potential heating oil USTs on site and in vicinity; gas station and dry cleaners near the property. Property owner did not request Phase II ESA.

Former Use: The 0.257-acre Property is occupied by two buildings with surrounding paved driveways and parking areas. The Property is made up of tax lots 073W26AB04700 (0.142-acre) and 073W26AB04800 (0.115-acre). The building at 1671 Center Street is occupied by a unit that is in the process of being remodeled as a recreational marijuana shop, and a barber shop. The building at 1687 Center Street NE is occupied by a retail store (Native Lands Imports). The Property is bound by Center Street NE to the south, 17th Street NE to the east, Statesman Street NE to the west, and a residential property to the north. It is approximately 260 feet southeast of Mill Creek.
