Former Use: The subject property appears to have been developed prior to 1972 according to a review of historic topographic maps and aerial photographs. The current building was constructed in 1966, with Galaxie Home Remodeling being the current tenant. Past tenants of the subject property have included Speed Queen Division, Wallace Computer Engineering, Wallace Computer Services, Wallace Computer Services Engineering, Luna Carpet and Blinds Co., and Moore Wallace North America Inc.
