Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is comprised of 0.35 acre of commercial land situated west of Hancock Street and north of Monroe Street, both of which provide access to and from the Property. The Property is developed with a 5,936-square foot warehouse with a partial basement that is currently vacant except for a small space in the southeast portion of the building being used for storage of pharmaceuticals by the adjacent Buderer Pharmacy. The Property building is in poor condition with multiple windows missing on the second story and some of the plaster walls throughout the building have been saturated by water and are deteriorated. The Property building was used as a bakery from at least 1950 through 1968 according to a review of Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps. According to a review of city directories for the Property address, the Property was listed as an advertising agency and Lake Shore Business Form Manufacturing in 1983 and as Polar Pure Distributors (bottled water) in 1988.
