Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of two contiguous parcels of land totaling 0.67 acres. The east parcel of the subject property is currently developed with a brick storage structure and a concrete dumpster pad. Both parcels are currently developed with asphalt parking/drive areas and a paver stone walkway. The remainder of the subject property consists of areas covered with grass. Historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and topographic maps indicate that the northwest portion of the subject property was occupied by a residence from at least 1898 to at least 1907, hay house and stable from at least 1913 to at least 1925, and undeveloped land from at least 1949 to at least 1985. A parking area has been located on this portion of the property since the early 1990s. Historical records indicate that the southwest portion of the property was developed with a tenement (residential) structure at least 1898 to at least 1913, stable in 1925, and garage for an automobile from at least 1949 to at least 1963, undeveloped land from at least 1975 to the mid-2000s.
