Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 0.69-acre parcel of vacant land. The south portion of the subject property currently consists of concrete and asphalt paving. The north portion currently consists of undeveloped land covered with trees, brush, and grass. Historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and topographic maps indicate that the subject property was occupied by various retail stores between at least 1913 and at least 1990, a blacksmith from at least 1925 to at least 1949, a retail petroleum station from at least 1949 to 2002, a cab company from at least 1959 to at least 1975, and various automobile repair facilities from at least 1959 to at least 1995. Historical records also indicate that the property was occupied by a soft drink storage building in 1949 and a game room in 1980. The subject property has consisted of vacant land with no apparent use since at least 2006.
