Additional Property Attributes

Eagle Industries operated at this property from 1957 to 1989. Eagle Industries moved to a different location after that. To distinguish this property from the other Eagle Industries site which is a Superfund Site; this brownfield site located at 8826 and 8828 SE 29th St in Midwest City is known as the Red Eagle site. It is alleged by a former employee that Eagle Industries had the same improper disposal practices at the Red Eagle site that has been seen at the Eagle Industries Superfund Site. This claim has not been confirmed, but due to the perception the land owner decided to enter into the Brownfield Certificate Program. This is a new site, so the first step will be to characterize the site. Former Use: Eagle Industries operated at this property from 1957 to 1989. It is also believed that a mechanics shop briefly operated on the 8826 SE 29th St property.
