Additional Property Attributes

The onsite operation and associated workers were transferred to a new site. The property was then combined with an adjacent property and the new owner demolished the existing building to support his onsite operation.

Former Use: By 1913, the northern portion of the Property was developed with a residence. From the early 1910s through 1935, the use of the Property was residential. In 1935, the residence was removed and the commercial building was constructed. The use of the building from 1935 through 1945 is unknown. From at least 1945 through 2010, the Property was occupied by Dugan�s Auto Top Shop, an automotive seat cover/trim business. Based on the site reconnaissance, it appears that automotive repair operations may also have been conducted in the on-site building. In 2013, the Property went through a tax foreclosure process and was vacated. The building has remained vacant since 2013.
