Former Use: The Site is located at 54-54A Canal Street in the Town of Hinsdale, New Hampshire. The Site is currently developed with three commercial/industrial buildings; including a former Mill Building, attached Warehouse and Boiler House, former Machine/Welding Shop, and a Storage Barn (the ?Site buildings?). The Site buildings occupy approximately 22,300 square feet of the Site. The Site buildings were historically utilized for the manufacture of manila paper, most recently operated by the McGoldrick Paper Company (McGoldrick Paper). The Site was last utilized for the manufacture of tissue paper products from recycled paper up until circa 2004; after which, the Site was occupied by Aaron?s Auto Recycling, an auto salvage business. Currently, there are no active business operations at the Site, and the Site buildings are in disrepair.
