Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site comprises a 0.11-acre parcel (Farwell Block). Farwell Block contains a partially occupied two-story brick building (Farwell Block building) which almost entirely fill their respective parcels. The Farwell Block building is built into a hill and contains a partial bottom floor with professional offices on the northern side of the building fronting Tremont Street. The bottom floor also contains a basement accessed through a vacant commercial unit and a boiler room accessed through the Community Dental Care office. The Farwell Block building contains additional street level offices on the western side of the building fronting Opera House Square on the second floor. Vacant former apartments occupy the top floor. Building components in the Farwell Block building were generally in good condition, with some degraded window trim paint and building components on the top floor in degraded condition.
