Additional Property Attributes

The Site is ?T?-shaped and comprised of 2.06 acres of undeveloped land situated east of Campbell Street and north of Boalt Street, both of which provide access to and from the Site. Until early 2014, the Site was developed with five buildings, most recently used for the storage of materials associated with a former on-Site bakery and creamery. The former Campbell and Boalt Warehouse and service garage buildings were razed in 2014 and the basements of these buildings were filled with demolition debris (assumed to be clean hard fill). The two former storage garage buildings in the eastern portion of the Site were subsequently demolished in 2017. Former Use: The Site is currently vacant. According to aerial photographs, Sanborn Maps, and city directories, the Site formerly operated as The Esmond Dairy Company, The Babcock Dairy Company, and Ruggles Ice Cream from at least 1950 through 1988. Subsequently, the Site operated as Wisteria Hill Farm bakery from at least 1988 through 2001, when the bakery closed. The former Site buildings remained vacant until they were demolished in 2014 and 2017.
