Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: PPM conducted the site reconnaissance on May 9, 2018. The subject property consists of a 0.27-acre parcel of land developed with a residential structure and a commercial structure. The remainder of the property consists of landscaped areas, dirt/grass parking/drive areas, and concrete sidewalks. Historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and property records indicate that the northwest portion of the property has been developed with a residential structure and the southwest portion of the property has been developed with the west portion of the current commercial structure since at least 1920. Historical records indicate that the east portion of the commercial structure has been present since at least 1951. Historical fire insurance maps identify the structure as a store from at least 1920 to at least 1948 and historical city directories identify the structure as being occupied by a grocery store from at least 1951 to 2006. The commercial structure has been used for storage of grocery store, household, and office items (coolers, freezers, chairs, shelving, etc.) since 2006. Historical records indicate that the southeast portion of the property was developed with residential structures from at least 1920 to at least 1948.
