Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of 0.37 acre of commercial land situated south of East Market Street and west of Wayne Street, both of which provide access to and from the Property. The Property is developed with an eight-story 37,472-square foot office building, an attached three story 11,145-square foot office building, an attached one-story 860-square foot office building, and an asphalt paved parking lot located south of the Property building. The Property building was constructed in 1923, remodeled in 1998, and is currently vacant. Former Use: The Property is comprised of 0.37 acre of commercial land situated south of East Market Street and west of Wayne Street, both of which provide access to and from the Property. The Property is developed with an eight-story 37,472-square foot office building, an attached three-story 11,145-square foot office building, an attached one-story 860-square foot office building, and an asphalt paved parking lot located south of the Property building. The Property building was constructed in 1923 and remodeled in 1998. The Property building has been vacant since 2014, but has been used for commercial space and/or for offices of physicians, dentists, insurance agents, title agencies, retail food distributors, and/or lawyers dating back to its construction in 1923 according to city directories and Sanbon Maps. City directories and Sanborn Maps also indicate that the Property was formerly occupied by a leather findings store, cobbler, and dress making shop (1886); Liberty Shoe Repairing (1954 through 1962); Elite Dry Cleaners (1954); and Citizens Bank (1967 through 1983). A cursory on-line search indicates that Elite Dry Cleaners operated at the Property from at least 1935 through 1958.
