The onsite building has been renovated to be a Jimmy John's restaurant and is now operational.

Former Use: The Property was developed with commercial operations by the 1890s. These operations expanded along Capital Avenue SW and the eastern portion of the Property between the 1910s and the 1930s, and included warehousing and light industrial operations. During this time period, the Kalamazoo River crossed the western portion of the Property. By the 1960s, the Kalamazoo River channel appeared to have been filled, and the onsite buildings were occupied by various stores, warehouses, and a hotel. The buildings were razed in the 1980s, and the existing commercial building was constructed in 1993 for use as a bank branch. Bank branch operations continued into 2017, when the building was vacated.
