Additional Property Attributes

The Site is comprised of 0.606-acre of commercial land developed as an asphalt paved parking lot and is situated south of East Market Street, east of Hancock Street, and west of Franklin Street. Access to and from the Site is available from both Hancock and Franklin Streets. The Site has been developed as a parking lot since at least 1950, according to a review of historical aerial photographs. Prior to being developed as a parking lot it was part of the right-of-way (ROW) of East Market Street dating back to at least 1818.
