Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historical records indicate the Property was the site of a dwelling surrounded by farmland from at least 1960 until the 1980s. During the 1980s, fill sourced from a ceramic factory was used to extend land east into Sandusky Bay. A motel was constructed in 1989 with an addition in 1995. The Property is currently occupied by the Knights Inn motel.
