Additional Property Attributes

The Site is comprised of 0.2222 acre of commercial land situated southwest of Cleveland Road, which provides access to and from the Site. The Site is developed with a one-story, 384-square foot commercial store and surrounding concrete paved parking lot. According to the Erie County Auditor?s website, the Site building was constructed in 1966 and is currently vacant. Former Use: According to a review of historical parcel records, Sanborn Maps, city directories, and aerial photographs the Site operated as an automotive filling station from at least 1966 through 1983. Other past Site usages included The Hot Dog Shack, a used car dealership, and Online Auto Wholesalers.
