Additional Property Attributes

The Site is developed with a one-story, 61,750-square-foot office and warehouse constructed in 1960, a small concrete pad (former propane tank location), and surrounding paved and gravel parking areas. The Site building is currently being used for dry storage by various companies. An adjacent historical gas station represents a potential off-Site REC associated with the property.

Former Use: The Site is comprised of approximately 6.7 acres of industrial land situated southwest of Cleveland Road, which provides access to and from the Site.
