Additional Property Attributes

Renovation includes a hardware store on the lower lever, a whitebox commercial space on the first floor, and 12 apartments upstairs. It is anticipated to be completed in 2021.

Former Use: The building on the Property was constructed in 1880, and has been occupied by various commercial operations since that time. At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of an approximately 2,645 square-foot, three-story commercial building occupied by the Albion Moose Lodge 406. The surrounding area has been developed with commercial operations since the 1880s.
