Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The southern portion of the Property was developed with a garage prior to 1887 and the northern portion was developed with a commercial building by 1899. The garage was removed by 1913 and an addition was constructed on the commercial building by 1919. The commercial building was operated as a Millinery in 1913, a restaurant and office from at least 1916 to 1925, a dry cleaner and dyer from at least 1929 to 1933, a mattress company from at least 1937-1942, offices from at least 1947 to 1954, and a hair salon and offices from at least 1964 to 2014. The area surrounding the Property was developed for commercial use by the early 1900s. A gasoline filling station was historically present near the Property and to the west. The Property is currently owned by Kenneth C. and Judith A. Bennett and a hair salon operates on the first floor of the building.
