Additional Property Attributes

Phase I & II ESA was performed for the property and identified elevated lead, arsenic, and mercury concentrations in soil. A Sampling and Analysis (SAP) was prepared following the Phase I & II ESA to further characterize environmental conditions identified during previous assessments, and to facilitate development of mitigation measures (if necessary) and development planning. A Work Plan was prepared to describe procedures for management of lead-containing soil at the property.

Former Use: The property was used as a brewery from as early as 1891 to sometime prior to 1948. After 1948, an apartment complex was on the property until 2005. The apartment complex burned down in 2005, and the fire debris was removed from the property. The property has been vacant since 2005.
