Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was agricultural land from at least 1938 to 1946. The Property was developed with a small structure in the central portion by 1955. The structure was replaced with a restaurant building in 1966. The restaurant building was renovated in 1980. The restaurant was operated on the Property by various occupants from 1966 until 2010, when the restaurant closed. The Property has remained vacant since 2010. Surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural and residential land with some nearby gasoline filling stations until the 1940�s. Commercial development began in the 1940�s. At least four gasoline filling stations and/or vehicle service stations and at least two dry cleaners were located in proximity to the south and west of the Property
