Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is currently undeveloped and vacant. Various trails and fire roads traverse the property. The subject property is adjacent to the north-east portion of the former Bear River Saw Mill Site. The Bear River Saw Mill Site was previously used for processing and storage of hard rock gold mining materials from the 1850s to the 1930s and for lumber milling from approximately 1956 to 1978. Historical mining maps and mineral survey plats depict historical lode (underground hardrock) gold mining claims on the subject property.
