Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property was developed with former building foundations, paved parking/access drives, and grass-covered areas. The Property was occupied by various commercial operations (pool parlor, barber shop, grocery store, sandwich shop, and grocery store at various times) with upper floor residential units and multiple gasoline filling stations and automotive repair/service garages from at least 1930 through 1971. From 1976 through 1988, the Property was occupied by a grocery store. The various onsite structures were demolished in 1990s/early 2000s. The Property was vacant from the 2000s through the time of the 2019 Property reconnaissance.
