Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed for residential use in the early 1900s. In the 1920s, the residences were �company housing� associated with the Albion Malleable Iron Company. In the 1960s, the City of Albion removed the residences under the �Urban Renewal� project and the area of the Property was developed with infrastructure (roadways, sidewalks and public utilities) for future development. The Property has not developed since the 1960s and remained vacant grass-covered land at the time of this assessment.
