Additional Property Attributes

The Site is comprised of approximately 0.4 acre of vacant residential land situated south of East Market Street and east of Franklin Street. The Site is an undeveloped grassy lot with the exception of small areas of concrete from a former building located in the southwest portion of the Site. According to a review of city directories, parcel transfer records, and Sanborn Maps, historical Site usages included apartments and/or residences dating back to at least 1886. According to a review of historical aerial photographs, the former Site building(s) appear to have been razed between 1971 and 1983 and the Site has remained undeveloped and vacant since that time.
