Additional Property Attributes

The Property was developed with residential land prior to 1887 and remained until 1929. Several of the residential buildings were removed and replaced with commercial buildings by 1933. The commercial operations included a dry cleaning facility from the 1930s to the 1950s. The dry cleaning building was removed by 1954 and the commercial building present on the Property at the time of this assessment was constructed in 1955. The commercial building was operated as a vehicle service station and office building from 1954 to at least 1977. Storage of inoperable "junk" vehicles was noted on the Property in 1977. The commercial building was operated with a heating and cooling contractor from the 1980s to the 1990s and a commercial printing/graphic company from the 2000s to 2017. The Property was a vacant commercial building at the time of the 2020 assessment and was owned by The Knoll Building, LLC.
Based on 2021 assessment results, no impact was identified at the site.
