Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II was used in a property acquisition decision. PAHs were found in groundwater at upgradient well and attributed to offsite source that will be the responsible party. Lead-based paint was confirmed in the building. A draft report was issued 1/10/22 and buyer closed on the property that same day. The new owner plans to renovate the historic building, but the plans are not known to the city at this time (2/8/22).
