Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of two contiguous parcels of land totaling approximately 21.84 acres. The property is currently undeveloped and wooded land used as a dirt pit. An unpaved driveway for an adjoining residence is located on the northeast portion of the property and unpaved driveways for entering the dirt pit are located on the east and southeast portions. Historical aerial photographs and topographic maps indicate that the subject property was pasture and wooded land from at least 1941 to 1959. The property has been used as a dirt or clay pit since at least 1961. The current owner is Darrell Steward. The City of Selma plans to purchase the property to use as a dirt pit for city use.
