Property Highlights

The Fulton County Board of Assessors identifies the Site as a 4.353-acre parcel, identification number 14 016700010751. The Site is currently vacant/unoccupied and is utilized by the City of East Point to stockpile dirt. Previously, the site was improved by multiple residential apartment units beginning in 1972. Residential structures were demolished in 2017.

One REC was identified: Based on information gathered during the site reconnaissance and interviews conducted during this investigation, the Subject Property currently contains stored fill dirt imported from an unknown commercial property located along North Avenue in Atlanta Georgia. The fill dirt's source location (North Avenue) is situated in a densely developed district of downtown Atlanta with a history of supporting automotive service facilities, petroleum service stations, and dry cleaners. Based on the above information, there is the potential for hazardous substance or petroleum impact to fill dirt placed on the Subject Property, as such it is considered a recognized environmental condition.
