Additional Property Attributes

The site was occupied by a house from at least 1906 to the 1920s and was vacant land from at least 1930 until 1953. The site was developed in 1953 with the current commercial building and associated paved parking lot/drive areas. The site was occupied by a gasoline service station from 1953 until at least the early 1970s, appears to have been vacant in the mid to late 1970s, and was occupied by a boat sales and service shop (Anchor Marine) from at least the early 1980s until approximately 2017. Since approximately 2017, the site building has been used for storage.
