Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II ESA satisfies the BUSTR requirements for a Tier I Evaluation. Based on the concentrations of VOCs and TPH in the soils on the site, additional Tier Evaluations are warranted.

Former Use: A pre-1979 owner operated a retail gasoline station-petroleum underground storage tank system. A 6,000 and 10,000 gallon UST was removed in 1979. A 2,000 orphan UST was discovered in 2004. The property consists of a single one-story structure. The structure is surrounded by a gravel parking lot with green space located on the front of the building.
