Additional Property Attributes

Cleanup design being evaluated pursuant to interest from a national chain restaurant.

Former Use: Goodall parcel is 30 acres and the anandoned bulk oil and fuel facility since 1900s. Goodall parcel is not a RLF Loan target site. The RLF loan target sites are the Corner parcel and the Foundry Parcel. Corner parcel former retail/commercial and eventually part of Beloit Foundry. Foundry Parcel is the location of the former Beloit Foundry. It should also be noted the the Goodall parcel is privately owned; however the Foundry and Corner parcels are owned by the City of South Beloit.
