Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Willow Springs Community Foundation applied for a brownfield assessment of the property because HUD/MHDC requires a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment as a condition precedent to their funding the construction of single family, low income, residential rental housing on this property. There are no remaining structures on the property after the fire in 2003 partially burned down the house and the city knocked down the remaining structure in 2005.
