Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of a railroad line, lumber storage yard, and tramways associated with the northern adjoining lumber company from at least 1890 until between 1920 and 1950 when lumber operations were abandoned. The railroad line operated until between 1964 and 1981 when it was also abandoned. The subject property has remained vacant since. Identified occupants of the subject property include the Chicago Lumbering Company, Weston Lumbering Company, and Consolidated Lumber Company.
