Additional Property Attributes

This 3.5 acre site was developed with a four story 100 ft. x 320 ft. building in the 1920's. The building was utilized for light manufacturing and assembly work on the 1st floor with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors used for automobile storage in March 2006. The Phase I Property Assessment, conducted by FBA Holdings dba Floyd Browne Group, recommended that a Phase II Porperty Asssessment be conducted due to the potential release of hazardous or petroleum substances due to several idientified areas in the Southern and South Eastern areas of the building/property due to lacquer and paint drum areas, transformers and unidenitifed oils in elevators, mechanics and operations. The applicant RSI Company)is interested in purchasing this property to expand their current operations of light manufacturing.

Former Use: The property was developed in the 1920's as a manufacturing facility. Historic uses include automotive trimming, tire storage and manufacturing (auto parts, radio parts, lamp shade, carpet and linoleum).
