Additional Property Attributes

Currently operated as an automobile repair facility. Significant areas of oil staining to gravel, concrete and dirt ground surfaces were identified during the Phase I ESA. Improper disposal of waste oil containers, poor housekeeping practices in general.

Former Use: Property owner only interested in including 0.36 acres of larger tract of land. The property was first commercially developed in 1949/1950 as a used car dealership which operated for a number of years. After laying vacant for a few years, Shingleton's Garage began occupying the facility in the early 1980s.
