The property has been utilized as an automobile repair facility and tire shop since the mid-1970s. Oils are stored on-site and a vehicle washing area were identified at the site. The adjacent property was a former bulk oil plant.

Former Use: Currently occupied by McTeer Tire Company, an automobile repair facility. The property was initlially occupied by four residences until 1975 when the first automobile repair facility was constructed. It operated until 2006 when the new repair garage was constructed.
