Additional Property Attributes

The investigation of the property was completed and clean up recomendations made. However, no clean up has been done. The interior of the building has some potentially significant contamination issues which were not investigated as part of the grant monies. The Bramwell foundation did not have any money to do anything with entior of the building. The property is currently not in use.

Former Use: Mercer Co. school used from approximately 1948 through 1977. From approx. 1985-1987 utilized by Pinnacle Manufacturing to manufacture industrial equipment from lead recovered on site from lead-acid batteries. The Bramwell Fooundation bought the property in 1998 for future museum.
