Property has been entered into the Voluntary Remediation Program by the Village of Barboursville. Further environmental investigation at the site is being performed.

Former Use: Property belonged to the Barboursville Clay Manufacturing Company from the early 1900s until the Wiseman family began purchasing the company stock around the 1940s to 1950s at which time they took over ownership of the property. The Village of Barboursville recently purchased the property from the Wiseman family.
