Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was foreclosed by Washington County for back taxes and sold to Tom Blair. However, John Howren, the previous property owner may reclaim the property by paying the back taxes to the County. The site is currently occupied by Berry's Auto a used car sales lot. The site was previously occupied by John Sevier Amoco and Citgo gas stations. Three gasoline USTs were installed at the site in 1968. These tanks are listed as temporarily out-of-use. No UST closure assessment has been conducted at the site to date. A large oil tank is located on the north side of the property. A property assessment conducted some 20 years ago identified heavy oil contamination.
