Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is currently occupied by Murphy's Muffler Service. The site was previously occupied by Shamrock Amoco. Three gasoline 2,000-gallon USTs were installed at the site in 1966. Owner records also indicate the presence one or two 4,000-gallon gasoline USTs, one 550-gallon waste oil UST, and one 550-gallon heating oil UST. TDEC was told that the Oil Co. filled several of the tanks with foam in December 1988 and the tanks are listed in the TN UST database as permanently out-of-use. No UST closure assessment has been conducted at the site to date. The facility also contains an automotive hydraulic lift system and oil change pit.
