Additional Property Attributes

The three parcels composing this property are currently in use as commercial facilities. Due to redevelopment currently ongoing to the south of these properties, the public roads will require expansion and improvement. The properties will be redeveloped for the right of way of an expanded public road. The number of projects required for redevelopment is unknown at this time. The properties currently contain three structures, one of which is a radiator repair shop.

Former Use: The properties are commercial facilities, and are currently under consideration for redevelopment for a public road expansion as part of a neighborhood redevelopment program.
