Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is located on Sandusky Bay in the East Bay Redevelopment District Area of Sandusky, Ohio. The property has an over 118 year history as an industrial/commercial use as an Ice house and fuel company. Ice house operations ceased in 1979. After 1979 various commercial tenants leased the property including Jet Ski rentals, boat accesory sales, cold meat storage and miscellaneous warehousing/storage. Currently the main building is vacant. A former railraod spur was also present on the Property. Dennis Byington and Bayside Partnership purchased the property in 1985. Mr. Byington subsequently took over ownership in 1997.
