Additional Property Attributes

The City declined to close on the permanent financing because there was a material adverse change in their financial condition between the date of the approval and the completion of construction. They went ahead and obtained financing from another source. The project did go ahead and investment occurred. The company has since been sold and DPI no longer exists as a business.
